Product: HP E27q G4 QHD Monitor

After almost 1 month of operation (bought May 2), my HP E27q started showing a blank pixel column in the middle of the display. I tried to make a warranty claim, but the support page does not lead me anywhere and says "Dieses Produkt wird nicht mehr von HP gewartet. Mögliche Lösungen finden Sie auf dieser Support-Website."

Which translates as "This product is no longer serviced by HP. You can find possible solutions on this support website.". But there are no further solutions given anywhere. I can only check the warranty information which, of course, states that it is still active. How can I get further support and make a warranty claim?
