Example: HP Pavilion 590-p0031ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

first of all i bought Pc this one -> https://support.hp.com/ro-en/document/c06102024

and by default it uses integratede videocard (amd radeon r7 graphics (512 mb)) , dedicated videocard Radeon 520 (how i understood from notebook) have no rear ports, so i cant directly to dedicated card connect my monitor as a result all applications uses integrated card with 512 mb wich is extremaly low. I tried Radeon settings ( also catalyst) soft, but there are no settings to switch cards, i run BIOS as well and there is no options for videocard changes, i updated drivers, tried disable integrated card (as resault i cannot run any application)

My question is how to switch to dedicated card (radeon 520)?

Second question how to fix display blinks wich lasts 1 second ? - i have old monitor AOC with vga port (currently connected in the motherboard vga port) , currently i thinks it has blinks because of integrated card use, because i checked display on another pc and it works fine (atleast in 5 hours of work). Blinks mostly happens when i working in the browser, but sometimes in the games as well, display doesnt turn off (signal green, it blink for 1 second , pc working wo any problem)

Hope you will help me, because i have no idea what to do as well as google ), i hope you understand what i looking for after read my broken english

UPD: for clarifying (not exactly monitor blinking, but turn black for a second, how i understood its because PC automaticaly switches between both dedicated and integrated videocard when its needed, questons still same, maybe im wrong about my decision, hope ill get answer soon

@Opermantus
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Install the latest AMD Radeon Driver. Using auto-detect utility: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-driver-autodetect the software will download the most appropriate driver automatically.

Right-click on your desktop and select Graphics Properties. This will open the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel. Click on Advanced Mode and OK.

Once it's done run BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
