Product: Hp pavilion All-In-One Touch screen

Computer will turn on, show desktop where I enter my password and after I enter it, the screen will go black. The computer stays on, and doesn’t show anything else after that but a black screen, other times it won’t even show the login screen, just the black screen. Need help asap!
