Product: HP Pavilion Model 15-CS3065C1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to connect my older Dell monitor to my laptop as a second display.  i have an adapter to connect between the VGA connector to the usb-c port.  This configuration worked fine with my previous laptop (HUAWEI) but will not work for the HP.
