I have read now that is a very common issue. With that being said, I hope that HP has offered some sort of resolution at no charge. The bottom right of my screen has popped out a lot and now has cracked. This happened when I went to put my laptop into tablet mode. It will not pop back in. I would hate to write a negative review on other platforms and so I am hoping that this issue can be resolved sooner than later given that I need my laptop to work from home. Thanks.

@spn16 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that corner right of my laptop screen has popped out.

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Or you conatct the local service center for repair.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link -

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
