Hi Guys ( & Girls! ) , I have an annoying problem with my 27" All in one. It seems that whenever I play any on-line video content ( usually YouTube content ), my computer crashes. Just switches off & then reboots, but takes about 5 minutes to Reconstruct Cache Metadata etc. This only seems to happen with on-line video, never happened so far with video off my camera etc.
The same thing happened just over 12 months ago when it was still under warranty. A technician came to the house & swopped the Motherboard. Had no problems for the next 11 months until a fortnight ago. Of course it's out of warranty now!
HP Diagnostics can't find any problem.
Help!!

This should help.

I ran an Adobe Flash Uninstall progam. Then while attempting to do a clean install, was told that Flash was installed on Chrome but not enabled. I enabled Flash & ran a few YouTube videos. So far so good!
