HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-p020qe CTO (Touch)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy All-In-One desktop is having issues with the cursor jumping all over the screen and it has got to the point where the computer is unusable.  I have seen many posts on this subject and tried everything to correct the issue.  I have now got to the point where I have proceeded to run the (HP) factory reset, erased all files and reloaded Windows.  I can't even get through the Windows welcome and setup because the cursor moves to other locations on the screen.  Likely some sort of hardware failure, perhaps related to the touchscreen capabilities of this model.  (Which I had previously removed the driver and/or disabled this feature - did not make a difference).  I am wondering if there is a way to physically disable the touchscreen integration so I can still use this PC?  Or perhaps there is another solution? Thanks!
