I KNOW IM TYPING IN CAPS BUT I PLAY THE SIMS 4 GAME AND I CAN'T PLAY BECAUSE EVERYTIME I OPEN UP THE SIMS 4 GAME I CAN GO IN AND START UP EVERYTHING BUT WHEN I ENTER A LOT INGAME IT SHUTS DOWN MY WHOLE HP PROVILLION GAMING DESKTTOP AND RESTARTS THE WHOLE COMPUTER I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON AND WHY I CAN'T PLAY MY SIMS 4 GAME ON THIS DESKTOP I'M STILL PAYING FOR IT AND I CAN'T GET TO THE STORE TO PAY FOR A CLUB MEMEBERSHIP TO GET THIS PROBELM SOLVED AND FIXED SO I CAN GET BACK TO MY GAME PLAY!
