Hi @CloudRock,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

If your HP Dock USB-C Mini All isn’t working with your HP 15s-fq0000 laptop and Dell E2222HS monitor, and you're seeing the “No HDMI signal detected” message, here are a few things to check quickly:

1. Check Connections

  • Ensure Proper Connections: Make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the dock and the monitor. Try using a different HDMI cable if you have one.
  • Verify Dock Connection: Ensure that the dock is properly connected to the USB-C port on your laptop.

2. Check Input Source on Monitor

  • Select Correct Input: Ensure that the Dell monitor is set to the correct HDMI input source. You can usually do this using the monitor’s on-screen menu.

3. Verify Compatibility

  • Check Dock Specifications: Confirm that the HP Dock USB-C Mini All is compatible with your laptop model and supports video output through HDMI. Refer to the dock’s specifications and compatibility information.
  • Update Drivers and Firmware: Ensure that you have the latest drivers and firmware updates for both your laptop and the dock. Sometimes updating these can resolve connectivity issues.

4. Test with Another Device

  • Try Another Monitor or Device: Connect the dock to a different monitor or a different device to see if it’s recognized. This can help determine if the issue is with the dock or the monitor.

5. Check Laptop Settings

  • Adjust Display Settings: On your laptop, right-click on the desktop, select Display settings, and check if the external monitor is detected. You may need to click Detect or adjust the display settings to extend or duplicate the display.

6. Restart Devices

  • Power Cycle: Restart your laptop and power cycle the monitor. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

7. Test Without Dock

  • Direct Connection: If possible, test connecting the monitor directly to the laptop without using the dock to see if the issue is related to the dock or the monitor.

If you’ve tried these steps and the dock still isn’t working with your setup, it might be best to return or replace the product, as there could be a compatibility issue or a defect with the dock.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
