Dark Blue screen

My lapTop has been plugged in for a while I go to open it up and the screen is dark blue.

Please perform a Power Drain and let me know if the Notebook is booting up. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768

 

If the Notebook doesn't boot up to Windows after the Power Drain, try getting to BIOS and let me know if that works

 

Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )
