Good morning,
I have an RX 550 4GB DDR5 Low Profile OC from another PC and i'm trying to install it on my ProDesk 400 G4 SSF.
The GPU is recognized but not available to use it because it returns an error Code 43:
I've updated all the drivers, the GPU Bios is the original but even after that i can't make this GPU running.
Those are my specs:
OS: Windows 10
MotherBoard: HP 82A2 KBC Version 06.29
Ram: 16GB (2x8GB)
Processor: I5-6500
Power Supply: The original HP PSU with 180W
I'm wonder if the PSU is not enough but if so, probably the GPU was not even detected, am i right?
Any advice on that?
Thanks
