Hi @Kagome7167,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your computer is only displaying everything in black and white, it is possible that the color settings on your computer have been changed, or there may be a problem with your monitor or graphics card. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue.
- Check your monitor settings: Some monitors have a grayscale or monochrome mode that may have been accidentally activated. Check your monitor's settings to see if this mode is enabled, and disable it if necessary.
- Check your graphics card settings: If you have a graphics card installed on your computer, check its settings to make sure that the color settings are configured correctly. You may need to adjust the settings to enable color.
- Check your display settings: On Windows, go to the Start menu and search for "Display settings."
- Check your cables: Make sure that the cables connecting your computer to your monitor are securely plugged in and not damaged.
- Restart your computer: Sometimes simply restarting your computer can fix issues with the color display.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
