Good night, 

I hope my message finds you well..

My issue is with display monitor. I have tow monitors connected on the same desktop ( monitor 1 and monitor 2 ), but only one of them working ( monitor 1 is on and monitor 2 is off ( black) ). I changed the port connection between the two monitors and what happened is monitor 1 become off and monitor 2 became on. I checked all the settings and found ok. Then I changed the graphics card but still the issue remain.

 

please advise what could be done to fix this issue

How are the monitors connected to the computer?
