Dear HP,
I have bought 14-DV2014TU i5-1235U 16GB DDR4 SDRAM/512GB WINS11 14 FHD - HP on 30/09/2022 from "THE CHENNAI MOBILES" Gandhipuram,,COIMBATORE- 641012. Within one month itself I faced display flickering issues . I took the laptop to the authorized HP Care (First Time) , they said that a software update is needed , which they did and also they kept the Laptop in observation to make sure that the issue is not coming. After 4 - 5 days of observation they gave the Laptop. But again within a month I faced the same issue (Display Flickering), when I went back to the HP Care (Second Time), this time they said that Display Replacement is necessary , which they did followed by 4 - 5 days of Observation. Even after the replacement within 2 - 3 months the Display flickering appeared again , on reaching the HP care (Third Time), they said that they will keep the Laptop in Observation and after a few days they returned.
Even after all this, the issue is not yet resolved (still the display is flickering) and I'm not able to use my Laptop. It's going to be a year since I bought but the Laptop has been in the service center for most of the time.
I kindly request you to Replace the Laptop with a New one of the same or different model. I have already spent more time in running to the HP Care so Please Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and give me a positive response.
