Hi @abell909 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you've done some troubleshooting already. If you've updated your AMD drivers, checked your HDMI cord, and ensured system updates are current, but you're still experiencing display issues like a fuzzy screen and intermittent blackouts, there could be a few other potential causes:
- Hardware Issue: It's possible that there's a hardware problem with either your integrated graphics or another component of your system. If the integrated graphics have failed, it could indeed cause display issues like you're experiencing.
- Monitor or Cable Issue: Although you mentioned you have a new HDMI cord, it's still worth checking if the issue might be with your monitor or the cable itself. Try using a different monitor or cable to see if the issue persists.
- Overheating: Overheating can sometimes cause graphical issues. Make sure your computer's cooling system is working properly and that there isn't excessive dust buildup inside the case.
- Software Conflict: Occasionally, software conflicts can cause display problems. Try booting your computer in Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, then a third-party software application might be causing the problem.
- BIOS Update: Check if there are any BIOS updates available for your HP Pavilion 590-P0024. Sometimes, BIOS updates can resolve compatibility issues and improve system stability.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
