Are you really running Windows XP, as you claimed? Is this PC really that old? If so, I am surprised it is still work at all!
Online searches show this model to be a 2013 one, so it failing after 10 years is not surprising.
For a monitor to last that long is amazing, but getting them serviced is all but impossible. HP won't service used equipment and most other places won't service them because the repair costs vastly exceed the cost to simply replace the monitors.
