DisplayPanel issue

HP Recommended
3JV39AA#ACJ (aLL IN ONE DEWSKTOP)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Display is blurred .... patch on the bottom left corner near Start button 

 

Panel issue as per service center..but part not available 

 

Arrange for the part at the earliest 

 

This is urgent for home use

You have already received an official response that the part is not available

(check at:  http://PartSurfer.HP.com )

 

When I did, I see:

 

Electronic Accessories

               Display: -N/A-   L37041-002 ASSY,Panel Kit195 FHD NZBD W/CBL,Prost19

 

which reports "Not Available".

 

This is a user-to-user discussion forum, not a path to HP Support.

 

Your only remedy is to search on eBay for a "sold as is -- only for cannibalizing parts" computer identical to yours, and use its screen.
