Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hey everyone I have HP 120 desktop pc and I have already added a monitor but want to do a dual monitor setup so is it possible if I can put the other HDMI cable in the back of the pc or have to do something. Can you all please help me figure it out as it would help me a lot. Thank you.
