Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know if this product supports Thunderbolt 3? I have done some research regarding the USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C™ port that it might support it, but how can I confirm? I wish to buy and attached an external Graphics Processing Unit to enhance gaming.

@Chris521,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether the USB C port on your computer supports Thunderbolt 3.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of the computer and see that the USB type C port on the computer doesn’t support Thunderbolt 3. It is a normal USB type C port.

Please refer to the below link for complete specifications.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
