Dot and no clarity

HP Recommended
HP 22yh 54.61 cm (21.5) Monitor

Firstly it has 2 blue permanent dots.

Secondly the clarity dosen't seem to look like 1080p, it looks like 420p. I tested watching multiple YouTube videos. My old monitor shows better clarity.

Want a replacement or refund.

@Aty332

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display quality.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you performed any troubleshooting steps?

Meanwhile, if you are looking for a replacement or refund, I recommend you contact support and they will be able to assist you with the available service options for the monitor.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
