There's no such thing as a "best" monitor.
The "best" one for you is the one that (1) provides the screen resolution you want, (2) is small enough to fit on the desktop but large enough to have useful display area, (3) has video input jacks that match the video output jacks on your All-in-One, and (4) has an affordable price.
We have NONE of this information -- so we can not possible recommend one to you.
Your "best" approach is to make your own decisions about screen resolution, monitor size, and price you can afford and do online searches for reviews of monitors that will match those.
