Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all, So I just ordered a new set of monitors and a new pc from desktop. My understanding is most people use an hdmi to wire to first monitor and a VGA for second. I would like the best video quality and was wondering is that the best way to do it? My desktop is an HP envy as shown here https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-envy-desktop-intel-core-i5-12gb-memory-512gb-solid-state-drive-night... and my monitors are https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-390-series-24-led-curved-fhd-freesync-monitor-high-glossy-black...
