Pavilion desktop pc 570-p0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does my Pavilion 570-p0XX have the capability to have duel monitors?.  I work from home and want the ability to work from both screens independently.  I've plugged in both monitors to a TESmart KVM with HDMI cords and then into the Pavilion tower.  One screen works the other is reading "check cables and inputs" and won't come up.   I then went to settings under Display and clicked the button to "detect" multiple monitors and it didn't detect anything.  Any thoughts on my next steps or what I'm missing?  Thx.   Not a tech guy here so any input is much appreciated.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Are you getting any error saying Didn't detect another display or  Windows 10 cannot detect the second monitor?

Firstly, let's try display adapter rollback:

  1. Press Windows key + X key and choose Device Manager.
  2. Find the display adapter in the Device Manager, right-click on it and select Roll back to rollback the driver.
  3. If that option is not available, right-click on it and select Uninstall. Restart the system.
  4. Open Devices Manager again and select Scan for hardware changes to install the driver.
If this doesn’t work, follow below step,

Perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant:

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
