E240c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the E240c connected to an HP Pavilion Desktop running Windows 10 -- all updates up to date. I have tried the montior connected by HDMI and C=VGA -- I also have the monitor connected by USB directly to CPU (per one of the proposed solutions in the knowledge base). Nonetheless, although the webcam shows in the device monitor that it's connected and working fine and all drivers are updated, it doesn't actually show anything. Trying to access a test screen on Skype I see only a black screen. Same when trying a test video through web-based testing software. I have tried every configuration of CDMI, VGA, USB etc...nothing works. I am SOOOO fed up. What now?
