Product: E243i monitor

Hi,

 

These 2 USB ports (USB 3.0) do not detect any device. Is it expected? BTW, the device is recognized if connected to notebook directly.

The pictures in your post are not showing up yet, but the two USB ports up on the right side stacked vertically, as viewed from the back, I assume those will be active when there is a USB feed connected to the computer at the USB port next to the VGA port.  While it does not say it directly, it indicates the port next to the VGA port is for USB hub
