HP Pavilion 27 all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 11

My entire screen "pulsates" about every 12 seconds.  By pulsate I mean it shrinks slightly, almost like the screen is breathing.  This does not simply happen in an open window, but is actually the entire screen, including the Desktop itself.  The pulsating is preceded every time by a two-tone chime. Since this is so hard to describe I am up including a dropbox link to a video of the problem below.   When the pulse happens, all operations are momentarily stopped and sometimes the cursor shifts positions.  Certain windows may also close during the pulse, though these tend to me pop-up type windows- program windows do not seem to be affected. This is a Pavilion  27 all-in-one running an AMD processor and Widows 11 Home.  It's a fairly new unit, having been purchased January of 2022.  So far I have run the on board diagnostics which have all passed, with the exception of the video test, which cancels out each time.  It does not render a "fail" but the pulse causes the test to cancel each time.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @AnthonyDS

Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your computer. You will find this information on the back or side of your computer printed in small alphanumeric letters.

Or You can do this:

(1) In Windows go to Search or hit [winkey] + r, type cmd and press Enter
(2) In the Command Prompt, enter the following command and press Enter:

wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer,version

(3) Send me the result of the command

best regards
