Envy 34" screen
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi all. I have a HP Envy curved 34" screen that has stopped working. I paid $1400 and I would have thought you could expect it to last a bit longer than 20 months ? Has anyone else had this problem? Can't get hold of anyone at HP to help. It certainly puts me off buying another HP screen.

Hi Echo_Lake, Thank you for touching base. The screen has not been used in months. No software updates, no hardware changes, no trouble shooting. there is nothing I can do with it because it looks to me like there is no power to the screen at all. I've tried it in different power points. no luck.
