I need to replace the screen but cannot find the screen model number to order a new one. It is not available in the HP parts store and is out of warranty. The computer still works perfectly & I love it. It's the best computer I've ever had... sadly, my kid accidently cracked the screen. Thanks for all your help!

@Echolita I hope you haven't been too hard on your kid, I mean accidents happen! that said, unfortunately, we don't have an option to repair or replace parts on an HP All-in-one desktop and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
