HP Recommended

Hi, I want to update the firmware of my HP E27K G5 Monitor. I need to do this from a PC that has no USB-C port

( no connection via USB-C possible). Tried it already with the display manager, but programm terminated with following errro message: The specified Hub-Device was not detected.

is there another way to perform the firmware update?
