HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-0000i (8BG56AV)

I recently purchased this gaming pc. Tg01-1183w. I had issues with it registering on my tv at first and when it finally popped up on display, i followed the prompts to set up the comp, connected to internet, recieved messages about updates coming and computer will restart. The computer restarted and i had no display whatsoever. I have followed the support trouble shooting and short of ripping apart the brand new pc and reseating everything, nothing has worked. Mouse and keyboard only register every so often and thats about it. (Lights turn on).

finally, I did not understand if you tried!
factory recovery (  if it works, don't do all the updates right away )
if nothing better, return to seller
