Is it possible to get video through one of the USB ports? I bought a small touchscreen monitor and haven't had luck getting video through any of the usb ports.

The spec for your system shows you have an RTX-2060 type graphics card.

 

That card supports three monitors using

HDMI

DP (DisplayPort)

DVI-D an older type of graphics connection

 

There is no other video support (USB)

 

What type of touch screen monitor are you trying to connect?   I have  TIO24Gen4T that is touch screen.  The monitor uses one of my RTX-2070 DisplayPort's for video and needs a USB-3 port to make the 'touch" work.
