Gaphics card does not support HDR.

Trying to install Skylum Aurora HDR 2019 . (A photo editing program)

AMD Support states the installed :AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G  - does not support HDR.

I understand this card is pre-installed. Is there any way I can load an equivalent card that would support Aurora and override the R7, please?
