Glitching Black Screen

So when I was watching a youtube video, my screen suddenly turned black and some random glitching lines appeared out of nowhere. Though, this was temporarily fixed before when I repeatedly turned on and off the device, but now it seems like the trick doesn't work anymore so I'm stuck with a black glitchy display.
