Glitchy Monitor

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi

for the past few weeks my HP monitor has gone glitchy (see attached picture) 

I can still see and move the mouse cursor over the top of the blue chequered screen

Cables have been removed and reattached and seem to be in good working order

 

Any suggestions most welcome
