Got an aio b320, gets power screen stays blank and makes 5 beeps for 5 consecutive times, then stops

I went to turn the computer on and couldn't do so, all its been doing is make 5 beeps for 5 consecutive times and then nothing else happen. Power button LEDs are working as well as fan.  It's a pavilion aio 23-b320
