Grainy webcam

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just hooked up computer and it works perfectly except when I start google meet or zoom video it’s grainy and has white small dots dancing on the screen. Other video playback is fine. I made sure settings on computer are recommended as well as zoom and meet. I also updated all drivers and software.

@Darcee10

Like all cameras, webcam needs light. Please give more light to the object (for example your face) first and you will get better images.

Regards.

Thank you for responding! It’s not just light. For $500+ this desktop camera shouldn’t be this bad. I do have light at my desk and I’ve adjusted light in the room as well. I see small dancing/moving white dots on the screen and it’s cloudy unlike the desktop I just replaced that had a cheap external webcam.
