Product: HP Pavilion Elite e9160f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My original 10 yr old NVIDEA graphics card has failed. Which current Graphics Cards that are on the market today (JAN/2020) are compatible with HP Pavilion Elite e9160f (Product Number NP196AA#ABA)? Thanks.

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, there are no modern video cards that will work in your PC because they all require a BIOS revision of 8.xx or higher, which your PC does not have.

 

I suggest you look on eBay for used but tested and working graphics cards that were supported for the motherboard your PC has.

If you want to experiment with cards a little more recent than those listed on the link above, you could try a Nvidia GT 6xx or AMD Radeon HD 6xxx.

 

Do not buy any graphics cards newer than those.

 

For example:  No Nvidia GT 7xx or newer will work.
