Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
I read your post about display resolution problems and wanted to help -- but need more information.
The model number you supplied is for a monitor -- but we need the model number for your PC: Finding Your HP Product Model Number | HP® Customer Support
We can proceed once you provide the information.
Thanks
