According to the spec page

That PC has a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 645 installed, which has three output choices -

Assuming nothing here. Please answer each question.

1) Is there a monitor connected and if "yes" which output port is that on?

2) Is the TV connected to the HDMI output from NVIDIA GeForce GTX 645 using an HDMI to HDMI cable?

3) For the TV, -  is the input switched to the HDMI input that the PC is trying to use?

4) Lastly - does Windows see the TV as a usable monitor/output?  Look in the Windows setting under System, then Display, then pick "Detect" under the "Multiple Displays"
