HELP - Z24i G2 recognised as Z24nf G2 and not showing correct resolution

HP Recommended
HP Z24i G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi All,

I purchase a second Z24i G2 (I already had one) to run in a triple monitor setup two 24" 1920X1200p in portrait mode either side of a 27" 1440p. The second 24" Z24ig2. Has been recognised by Windows as a Z24nf G2 which is a 1920x1080p. Windows 10 is not offering 1920x1200p as an option (has 1920x1080 as the recommendation option). The NVIDIA Control Panel is also showing it as a Z24nf G2 with a native resolution of 1920x1080p. I have previously run quad 24" and triple 27" on the graphics card with no issues.

The correct resolution is not being shown in the "List All Modes" option on the 'Adapter' Tab of Monitor properties. The weird thing is it is recognising it as a Z24ig2 in the 'Monitor' tab and lists the correct driver. I have installed (and reinstalled) the latest driver for the Z24i g2 from the HP website.

The monitor's serial number, labelling and box all are Z24iG2 and physically it is a 1920x1200p (just in case the question was asked).

Any assistance you can offer would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
