Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My touch screen stopped working after my last reboot.  The HID-complaint touch screen driver was in hidden drivers.  I tried to use the automated help but it was no help.

This is a hp all-in-one with Windows 10 ever since it was first available.  The touch screen has been working properly until now.

I would like advice on how to fix this issue.

Thank you.

@LuvsJuju,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchscreen on the computer is not working.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • When was the last time the touchscreen was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
