@Wimax1 , welcome to the forum.
Here are the components of your AIO on HP PartSurfer. You will find the Part # for the screen in the section titled Display. As you will see, it is not available from HP. You will have to look on ebay or other websites on the Internet for it.
Here is a video that will help you disassemble the case:
The video quality is not the best, but I watched it and was able to see it fine. He doesn't remove the screen, but shows where the screws are located to remove it. He states that it is expensive to replace the screen, however.
