Product: HP 23er 23-inch Display

My power cord does not contact with the dock on display properly and wiggles, so the light goes off and on. Short of opening the back of the display, does anyone have another idea? There is enough tension on the plug so it's not falling out, but I have to turn the plug in various directions for it to connect properly. Obviously, this does not make for continuous usage of this display.
