HP 23TM Touch no Longer working

HP 23TM Pavilion 23 touch Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The touch function of my monitor stopped working.  I have checked the USB cable, updated the driver, cleaned the screen and sensors and tried to calibrate it in Windows (it would not calibrate because it is not sensing the touch).  What am I missing?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchscreen is not working on the monitor.


Have you tested the monitor on a different computer?


Meanwhile, I recommend you install the monitor driver from the below link and check if it helps.


If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article and run a test on the touchscreen.


NOTE: Follow the steps under “ Testing with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from an external USB device”.
