Product: HP Pavilion 23xi 23-inch Diagonal IPS LED Backlit Monitor

It has been reportteri several casse of this display powering off in random intervals. Mine, too.

 

However, I did notice when searching for a replacement power supply that almost all power supplies had 19,5 volts as feed to the monitor. My unit has a 12 V 3.33 A LiteOn (not originaalia, I presume) power unit.

 

I tried to search HP support pages to find what input voltage is needed. No such info available.

 

So, what is the required voltage for 23xi?
