HP 24x does not receive power

My monitor does not turn on or show any signs of life when plugged into power, this happened a couple months ago and was not in close proximity to try and have a look at it until recently. I have tried different power cables and wall outlets to no avail. No LEDs or anything when plugged in. Totally unresponsive
