HP 25es Menu Problem

I am using a HP 25es as an external monitor. Yesterday a 'Power button locked' message appeared on the screen. After that, the menu buttons stopped working. I've read everything related to power button lockout, osd lockout and tried factory reset (unplug and hold power button for 30-60 secs; I holded it for 50 secs). Did't solve.

Hi,

1. Your CRAPPY HP SUPPORT website is as much crappy as your product. I couldn't log in with the password. So, tried resetting the password. After resetting, I am seeing that I got another account with the same email address. Wow!!!

2. It's very important to read the query carefully. I already mentioned there that I have tried resetting the monitor's power lock. But it hasn't resolved. I purchased it from Best Buy (and it became a burden to me. HP parts delivery is a crappy service, support website, and support are the same what I am watching) just a month ago.  How can I replace it?

Make sure you read the query carefully.
