HP 25x Gaming Display
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I hope you can help me.

I´ve got a new Display HP25x.

The LED Backlight just works in the middle below the HP sign. The right and left backlights doesn`t work. Is there any setup that these also work..

Thanks in advance

Jato

I grasp that after updating your bios your screen did not work.  If you connect an external monitor,r it works.

You tried reinstalling different BIOSes and have finally reverted back to the original.

Here is a link to Troubleshooting Black Screen Displays with No Error Messages During Startup or Boot.

You can run the HP Support Assistant to aid with HP updates and resolving issues.

If you would like further assistance please provide your exact model of HP notebook you have and the Operating System you are running.
