Pavillion 25xi
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been using 25xi monitors at work and at home.

The screen goes black and becomes unresponsive randomly.

I tried the monitors on different PCs, updated GPU driver, bios, changed cable, new power supply, reinstalled windows 10.

Nothing works!

It looks like this is a well known issue to HP monitors, and there are MANY customers affected by same issue.

This is clearly a manufacturer defect.

Please let me know if there's anything HP can do.

If anyone else is having similar issue with me, don't expect any customer service from HP.

Final resolution from HP :

HP can't & won't do anything.

I was told to bring the monitor to local repair shop.

Hi @Doctoryoo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
