HP 27-a250qd Touchscreen Replacement Part

After a long search for a replacement screen, I come here in need of help finding HP part number 863852-001. No one has it and I'm sure it isn't made anymore. This computer was given to me by my ex-employer after my family lost everything in Hurricane Harvey. In the midst of finally finding a new home and job, the screen became cracked. I was unaware it had a warranty and just found out it expired a year ago right after the crack happened. Just my luck really but I've figured out I can just replace the touchscreen...assuming I can even find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, the part is not available according to the link you provided. 863852-001 is not available for purchase through the HP Parts store. Any other suggestions?

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
